Q: Does Trademark Living sell B2C?
A: Being a wholesaler Trademark Living sells only B2B (companies with a VAT/EORI No.). If you visit trademarkliving.dk as an end consumer, please check our list of retailers

Q: I have a registered company with a VAT/EORI number and would like to place an order. How do I get access to the B2B web shop of Trademark Living?
A: Please fill in this form and send it. Then you will receive an email with your login and password.

Q: What are the conditions for me as a web shop dealer?
A: Please get in touch with us at info@trademarklving.dk and have the conditions sent to you.

Q: How do I log in to your B2B web shop for the first time?
A: Please select your preferred language. Then you can log in here or you can watch our ”how-to-login-video”.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Please go to the login page and click ”Forgot password?”

A: No, all prices are Danish VAT-exclusive.

QUESTIONS REGARDING ORDERS AND DELIVERY OF AN ORDER

Q: What´s the minimum order?
A: The first order must amount to a minimum of 500, - € VAT-exclusive and before transport costs.
Any follow-up order must amount to a minimum of 270, - € VAT-exclusive and before transport costs.
If you place an order below 270, - € VAT-exclusive an administration fee of 35, - € will be charged. This does not apply for back orders or additional orders to an existing order.

Q: The item I would like to order is temporarily out of stock! Does it get back in stock – and when?
A: Please contact us at info@trademarkliving.dk or give us a call at +45 70 24 16 44.

Q: How much are the transport costs, and how do I receive the items ordered?
A: A: This is a difficult question to reply to in general, as the transport costs depend on the volume and the weight of the order, and of course on your delivery address. Our terms are always ex works. We send all orders on pallets, and a transport company chosen by Trademark Living will deliver the goods. We charge the transport costs on every invoice. However, if you want to arrange transport yourself, this is also an option.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: Generally, we will send items from stock within a few working days. The delivery is subject to our order confirmation in which we specify any special conditions.

A: Some mail services categorize our emails as spam. Please remember to check your spam filter if you cannot find our emails.
